Here I am. Its Wednesday and I’m almost halfway trough my sixth week of training during my transition period, which is set to be 8 weeks.
For this week, what i have left is one general strength training routine, an hour of climbing this Saturday and then a few hours of running on Sunday. My body feels really good, even though I have some fatigue from today’s uphill running.
Next week is going to be really nice, I’m going home to Värmland.
While the beginning of the week is going to consist of regular training for me, the weekend is gonna be all hiking. So nice. After that only one week remains on my transition period. The rest week, where I drop the training load by 50%.
